About the Team
The R&D team is responsible for the platform development of TikTok and its affiliated companies, dedicated to building advanced and user-friendly infrastructure platforms to enhance the efficiency and satisfaction of internal R&D staff when using the infrastructure. Our products include a Cloud Platform, PaaS Platform, FaaS Platform, Gateway Platform, Middleware Platform, Storage Platform, Site builder Platform, etc.

What You Will Do:

1. Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents.
2. Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
3. Support new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
5. Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Final year or recent graduate in HR or a related technical discipline.
2. Oriented with a passion for learning and development, and full enthusiasm for human resources-related work.
3. Demonstrated understanding of the internet industry, previous work, or intern experience in HR is highly valued.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and interpersonal skills, a team player, and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment.
5. Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
