Job Description
Tarkett Sports has an exciting opening for an Inside Sales Representative in Calhoun, GA!
Responsible for the day-to-day operations including but not limited to the following:
-
Provide continuous, efficient, and effective support to the sales team network (Regional Sales Managers).
-
Track leads and projects through our Dodge McGraw-Hill internet system, ZoomInfo, and other tools. Follow up on Leads and projects with parties involved including architects.

Update and maintain data in our Relationship Management system Salesforce.
-
Update Regional Sales Managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding monthly action summaries.
-
Provide and assist customers with accurate information regarding product features and capabilities.
-
Work closely with the Customer Service department: provide update and assist on order status, act as back up when necessary, in regard to order processing in ERP.

Assist Samples Department with receipt and processing of marketing tools and samples.
-
Receives and stores marketing tools and samples.
-
Coordinates shipment of marketing tools and samples
-
Forwards samples by entering requests, arranging shipment, and notifying the customer.
-
Create purchase orders in SYSPRO for material ordering.
-
Assist Samples Department with organization and shipping material to Tradeshows.
-
Perform new duties that Inside Sale Manager may require.
-
Travel to yearly Sales Meetings, Tradeshows, and Sales Calls as needed.

Conduct all activities and engagements in a tactful and professional manner consistent with Tarkett Code of Ethics
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and Human Resources.

Assist in the accomplishment of Company goals.

Helps other employee to accomplish Company goals.

Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
