BitGo is looking for a Tax and Accounting Assistant based in Germany to advise on various types of Finance (entering incoming and outgoing invoices in the invoice book etc.) 

Responsibilities:

• Entering incoming and outgoing invoices in the invoice book
• Pre-sort and classify receipts
• Preparation of payroll accounting
• Preparation of Bookkeeping before month end accounting
• Support during Audits - Provision of information and documentation for internal and external audits.
• Support with budget and financial planning

Requirements:

• Completed in-depth training as a tax clerk or business studies, ideally with a focus on taxes/accounting/controlling
• 3+ of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Sound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and tax law
• Ability to work in a team and communication and organizational skills as well as an independent and responsible way of working
• Proficient use of DATEV and MS Office applications as well as English language skills required
• Previous knowledge of preparation of wages
