We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Leader to spearhead the development of our Banking Digital Channels Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background proven leadership abilities and expertise in designing and consulting on optimal architectural choices for digital banking solutions. Additionally we are looking for a Technical Leader who can effectively guide and coach our development teams fostering a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and agile delivery. The successful candidate will have experience in Scrum framework and will be able to apply Scrum principles to facilitate team velocity remove impediments and ensure successful sprint deliveries. They will be able to lead by example promoting a culture of transparency open communication and collective ownership.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the digital channels platform ensuring seamless integration of mobile applications websites CMS and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers designers and product managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
• Design and consult on the best architectural choices to ensure scalability security and performance of the digital channels platform.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and future-proof our digital banking solutions.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance in the financial industry.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Certification in relevant technologies or project management methodologies.
