Technical Product Manager - IT automation (IBM Concert)

The IBM IT Automation team is looking for a Technical Product Manager – Integrations and Ecosystem to join the IBM Concert product team.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap
Manage the product backlog working closely with the engineering team to define sprint objectives as well as with tech sales and support teams to understand the business context and priority of feature requests and bug fixes
Write product requirements for new integrations enhance existing integrations and identify ecosystem products to interact with
Enable tech sales and support teams by building specialized demos assisting with RFIs fielding scanner-specific questions
Engage prospects customers and internal stakeholders for discovery sessions and roadmap reviews
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends
Provide regular updates to the leadership team on product development progress and market signals

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5 + Years of experience with integrations and 3rd party relations management which includes:
* Presenting to non-technical and technical audiences
* Managing the lifecycle of products from discovery to launch
* Hands-on experience with application tooling
* Strong understanding of IT Automation concepts and demonstrated hands-on experience with application tooling
* Understanding of Data API and Pipeline based integrations in various fields of IT Operations

• Abilities:
* Make technical concepts accessible to less technical audiences
* Identify and express the business value of technical features and fixes
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills with
• Strong adjudication skills for product prioritization
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering design marketing and sales teams.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience with:
– AI/ML and it’s application to automation
– Software development
– System Integrators or Value Added Resellers
– Datadog Dynatrace or similar Observability and Operations tooling
– Networking
