Job Description

CoStar Realty Information, Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead to verify and ensure the health, stability and overall quality of business systems as well as influence Quality Assurance best practices and testing methodologies of IT systems and applications. Assist with the development of test approaches, review and approve system test plans, resolve issues, and coordinate activities for complex technical systems and applications. Assist in formulating QA standards and best practices, organizational policies and processes and strategic plans. Establish metrics, mentors team members as well as developing test program. Define quality standards and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, and 2 years of experience with experience with software quality assurance and testing. Experience must include a minimum of: 2 years of experience working on the development and maintenance of Enterprise Applications; 2 years of experience querying databases and validating data from SQL Server; 2 years of experience with Cypress and Selenium; 2 years of experience with TFS and Visual Studio; and 2 years of experience with writing Automated Testing procedures.
