As a CoStar Technical Team Lead you will be responsible for deeply understanding what drives the business for which you are building. As a member of the Global Research Development Team, you will be working on the Enterprise software applications our employees use every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of software developers in building applications and platforms using the Microsoft Technologies (.NET and SQL Server)
- Work with your QA resources to ensure that the software you deliver is of the highest quality. (Our customers are not beta testers.)
- Take complete ownership of product launch activities and coordinate closely with DevOps to monitor application performance and availability.
- Continue monitor application metrics to ensure the expected results are being achieved.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in Web and Database technologies
- Experience in the creation of Enterprise level Applications
- Solid web development and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated expert knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and design patterns
- Solid experience with the following technologies; C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, SQL Server
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React is highly desired
- Experience with AWS EC2/ECS/S3/RDS/SQS/Aurora/Lambda is highly desired
- Commercial Real Estate knowledge
