Responsibilities

• Translate clients’ strategic goals and objectives into comprehensive strategies and actionable implementation plans.
• Decompose high-level strategies into business architecture components and develop clear and structured transformation roadmaps.
• Leverage a strong understanding of IT and business processes within a specific domain to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Provide expert advice and recommend key strategies to drive digital transformation initiatives and foster innovation across business and IT.
• Identify and diagnose organizational challenges, plan solutions, and lead transformation projects to successful outcomes.
• Design and implement Enterprise Architecture solutions to align with clients’ strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting or in a software development context.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive business-relevant insights.
• Strong leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for learning about emerging business concepts, technologies, and ways to deliver value.
• A natural curiosity and eagerness to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and their impact on business.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
• Hybrid job located in Lisbon.
