The Work:

• Identify Oracle CX Cloud functional and technical requirements and develop designs and solution options.

• Manage and support conference room pilot (CRP) workshops.

• Analyze functional and technical integration requirements and providing Solution options, Design / Build Oracle Sales technology solutions.

• Contribute to large-scale, Global workstreams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle CX Sales/Oracle CX Service/Oracle CX CPQ within the end-to-end function.

• Lead functional and technical teams to design, build, set-up, test, and deploy to Production Oracle CX Sales/Oracle CX Service/Oracle CX CPQ solutions and ensure seamless system performance.

• Guide testing cycles and work with Client teams to complete System Integration and User Acceptance testing cycles.

• Work with Client and Accenture team to plan and perform Production cutover activities necessary for go-live.

• Assist and guide Client in Performance testing activities and partner with Oracle in Performance testing planning/execution.

• Work with Client and Accenture Change Management and Training team to build the right content for end user training.

• Develop strong relationships with Clients and gain the trust of key Advisors.

• Make the Business case for the Oracle CX Sales/Oracle CX Service/Oracle CX CPQ technology solution recommended to the Client.

• Pitch in on Sales efforts when needed to help win Projects and also help grow talent in Accenture.
