As a Technology Partner Specialist your purpose is to cultivate trusted-advisor Partner relationships across all these offerings and orchestrate joint strategic plans at the partner firm level that drive IBMâs wallet share and revenue growth as well as technical enablement planning.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of HCLTechâs business model strategies and objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams including sales marketing product management and technical teams to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration of IBM technologies through the HCLTech partnership.
Pipeline Development: Collaborate with IBM and HCLTech account teams to indentify build and maintain a robust pipeline of Influence Revenue Sell To and Resell opportunities.
Business Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive business plans and account strategies that align with IBMs and HCLTechâs objectives.
Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with HCLTech and internal IBM stakeholders to assess performance identify opportunities for growth and address any challenges.
Ecosystem Engagement: Engage with IBMâs broader ecosystem teams to leverage additional resources capabilities and opportunities that can enhance the IBM-HCLTech partnership.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proven experience in business development account management or partnership management preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of global partner ecosystems and business models particularly with large technology and consulting firms.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.
- Experience conducting business reviews and developing comprehensive business plans.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Proficient in building executive level presentations MS Excel CRM tools
