Tender Manager

Location - Telford, Leeds, or Flexible UK Location

This role is at the heart of our Power Systems business, working on medium and low-voltage products and supporting utilities, DNOs, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

What You'll Do:
• Analyze complex RFQs and deliver best-in-class tender proposals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Perform risk assessments, optimize solutions, and enhance profitability.
• Lead negotiations with customers and suppliers to secure the best outcomes.
• Embrace digitization to improve tools and processes, in line with Schneider's strategy.

What We're Looking For:
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a focus on collaboration.
• Technical expertise in utilities, DNOs, or data centers (medium and low-voltage systems).
• Commercial acumen with experience in project risk assessment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and make decisions effectively.
• Degree-level education in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.
• previous work experience in sales or tendering for infrastructure projects.
