Overview

Waters Brasov are looking for a Test Automation Engineer on a fixed term contract for 12 -36 months, to join their established team!

As a Test Automation Engineer at Waters Brasov, you will work on projects critical to our Informatics business needs.

Responsibilities

As a Software Evaluation Engineer you will:

• Contribute to design and implementation of test automation for our software products

• Extend and maintain our test automation framework and infrastructure

• Regularly collaborate with the Product Owner to refine work items in the backlog and in sprints.

• Participate in and give feedback in Agile team ceremonies and meetings.

• Actively participate in learning and sharing activities either during informal or formal training.

• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards work and colleagues

Qualifications

To be successful you will:

• Have a University degree (preferably in a science related subject or in engineering)
• Academic experience in a relevant programming language (C#) is required. Basic application of technical standards.
• Capability and experience in working collaboratively with others to achieve a shared goal.
• Ability to work under guidance.
• Have excellent communication skills
• English - minimum upper intermediate B2 (both written & verbal)

Desirable but not crucial:

• Knowledge and experience of implementing software test automation, and working with automation frameworks
• Knowledge of agile testing concepts and practices ideally combined with practical experience of their implementation.
• Experience in BDD, SpecFlow, continuous integration / continuous delivery
