What You Will Be Doing

Working with commercial and residential clients - which comes with its own set of challenges. Are you up to the task?

Configuring, updating, final testing and commissioning of complexed Audio-Visual systems during and post build. You are the official closer of projects.

Ensuring equipment is programmed and configured to client specifications. Here is where your solid experience with audio/video comes into play.

Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with installed systems. Not all heroes wear capes.

Work with Project Managers for proper documentation on test results and act as a customer liaison. You are an extension of the PMO.

Provide elite client service and support. The guru for our clients.

What You Have

2+ years of solid experience in the custom Audio/Video industry as a field engineer.

Familiarity with AMX and Crestron.

Enjoy the challenge in solving complex system problems.

Love what you do and your passion and drive for the AV industry is reflected in your work.

Pride in presenting a clean professional appearance with a positive attitude.

Leadership qualities that are evident in your strong communication, customer service skills and high standards.

Desire to turn our clients into lifelong raving fans.
