About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

Our LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of hosts on our platform.
2. Create tools and resources that assist hosts in maximizing their earnings and audience engagement.
3. Analyze host performance data to identify areas for operational improvement and increased revenue generation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design training programs and support systems for hosts.
5. Streamline processes to reduce operational hurdles for hosts, making it easier for them to focus on content creation and audience interaction.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on efficiency optimization and performance enhancement.
3. Strong analytical skills and experience in using data to drive operational improvements.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop effective training and support materials.
5. Passion for content creation platforms and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by hosts.
