Responsibilities:
1. Build and improve the Eco-governance system and platform tools to ensure stability and efficiency.
2. Develop a user inform mechanism and education strategy to create a community atmosphere, and to enhance the content quality.
3. Design identification and governance strategies, optimize ecology issues in main and sub-scenarios of livestream to support the development of the LIVE business.
4. Collaborate with teams such as algorithms, strategies, and operations to optimize the ecology governance moderation process, to improve moderation efficiency and quality.

About the Team:
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess excellent product design and business understanding capabilities; able to identify and address issues through data or processes and drive solutions.
- Logical thinking ability; capable of establishing effective communication on critical issues during cross-team collaboration and driving implementation.
- Project management and stress resistance capabilities; able to grasp various demands and integrate resources to achieve cross-departmental cooperation.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Passionate about content products; experience in content moderation, ecological governance, audit backend, and similar governance product roles is a plus.
