Requirements:

• OH / Compact License
• Must have minimum of 1.5 years recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Must have 1.5 years PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments
• AHA BLS
• ACLS
• NIHSS
