Job Description Summary

Join our UKI Business Operations team as a Salesforce Effectiveness Coordinator, contributing to the enhancement of commercial excellence. As a key player, you will drive CRM adoption, promote cross-functional collaboration, and support the implementation of CRM system changes to ensure effective decision-making across the commercial process. In this role, you can expect a varied function with international contacts within a company making an important social contribution in a dynamic organization.

This role is a fixed-term contract until September 30, 2026.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure data structure integrity
  • Implement, maintain, and support sales tools
  • Support the contract management tool Mercury
  • Create sales reports and dashboards to enhance Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM implementation
  • Collaborate with the UKI BDX Business Operations team to provide insights for Commercial Excellence projects
  • Work on developing sales capabilities, including coordinating Salesforce trainings and leading all aspects of Sales Competency Assessment & Development.

About you

  • Experienced in CRM and CRM-Systems, preferably in Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in a sales or sales support role, familiar with international sales processes.
  • Outspoken communicator with the ability to inspire change and lead without authority.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
  • Capable of working independently.
