Palouse Power delivers a wide range of utility infrastructure services throughout the Pacific Northwest. We partner with a variety of clients to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality construction solutions for commercial projects of all sizes.
We are currently seeking a highly accountable and experiencedProject Managerto oversee all technical aspects of our utility infrastructure projects—from initial planning through successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, industry practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards
• Communicate daily with clients to understand their needs and represent them effectively in the field
• Perform quality control on project deliverables, including budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance
• Assign responsibilities across the project team and provide mentorship and guidance
• Collaborate with Palouse Power Management and other stakeholders to provide technical support and ensure project alignment
• Review engineering documents and initiate corrective actions as needed
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven five-year experience as a Project Manager in engineering or utility infrastructure
• Strong leadership and project supervision skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)
• Thorough understanding of construction regulations, industry standards, and best practices
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
