We’re looking for an experienced UX Research Manager to lead and grow a talented team of researchers who drive user-centered innovation across multiple products and workstreams. In this role you’ll oversee a distributed team guide high-quality research execution and collaborate closely with design product and engineering to connect user needs with organizational goals. You’ll also play a key role in maturing our research function—strengthening processes elevating standards and fostering a culture of curiosity rigor and collaboration.

As a UXR Manager you will:
- Inspire coach and empower a team of researchers through regular 1:1s actionable feedback and clear career development pathways—fostering motivation confidence and growth.
- Nurture and direct career development for researchers with diverse backgrounds and experience supporting both in-person and remote team members.
- Elevate research quality by guiding study plans and deliverables for methodological rigor clarity and strategic impact.
- Foster collaboration and community across distributed researchers through shared learning mentorship and engagement initiatives that strengthen team connection.
- Drive strategic alignment by synthesizing insights across teams to link research outcomes with business objectives and product vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design product and engineering leadership to ensure research drives informed user-centered decisions—balancing empathy negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Communicate insights effectively turning complex findings into compelling data-driven stories that influence decisions at every level.
- Advance research operations by developing scalable ethical and efficient processes tools and frameworks that improve consistency and impact.
- Bring positive energy and curiosity to the team fostering a supportive environment where individuals are motivated to deliver rigorous high-quality research.
- 7+ years of hands-on user research experience with a strong track record of delivering impactful insights throughout the product development lifecycle.
- 2+ years of management or team leadership experience including coaching mentorship and performance development.
- Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods such as usability testing interviews surveys and data analysis and synthesis.
- Proven ability to translate insights into strategy and influence cross-functional partners across design product and engineering.
- Exceptional communicator and storyteller skilled at crafting clear compelling narratives that drive understanding and alignment.
- Highly organized and adaptable capable of balancing strategic leadership with hands-on research execution.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Experimental Psychology Cognitive Science Human Factors Human-Computer Interaction Anthropology Sociology or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS and/or enterprise product environments with a strong understanding of complex multi-user ecosystems.
- Proven success leading distributed teams and collaborating effectively with remote stakeholders across time zones.
- Background in design research operations tooling or research democratization driving efficiency and scalability in research practice.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms product instrumentation and behavioral data integrating quantitative insights with qualitative research.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction Cognitive Science Psychology Anthropology or a related discipline.
