VA ER Physician

U.S. Got People is searching for an Emergency Room Physician to work as an independent contractor at the San Antonio Veterans hospital, Texas. Key Details

• Competitive pay! starting at $230/hr
• Flexible schedule! Overnight coverage and weekend is needed but are willing and able to work with providers on availability!
• We provide malpractice coverage!
• 1099 position

Qualifications:

• Board Certified and residency trained in Emergency Medicine by ABEM or AOBEM
• Must have an active BLS, ACLS, ALS, and PALS through the American Heart Association
• 2 years of experience as an ER Physician within the last 2 years (Residency training will qualify as experience!)
• Must have a Texas State License to practice medicine and a current DEA Certificate or Controlled Drug Substance Number
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a federal background check
• Must be able to work overnights. Full-time availability is preferred but not required
