About the Role:
As a Verizon Customer Service Representative, you’ll interact directly with customers to provide support, share product knowledge, and guide them toward services that meet their needs. You’ll represent one of the most trusted names in telecommunications while gaining valuable experience in customer service, sales, and communication.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers directly to provide personalized guidance, support, and clear product information
• Recommend Verizon’s wireless, internet, and entertainment services based on each customer’s unique preferences and needs
• Represent the Verizon brand with a positive attitude, professional presence, and accurate product knowledge at all times
• Assist customers with setting up new accounts, navigating service options, and participating in live product demonstrations
• Participate in hands-on Verizon Customer Service Representative training sessions to stay current with Verizon’s latest promotions, features, and service updates
• Help achieve team outreach goals by delivering a consistently high level of customer care and service engagement
• Collaborate with fellow Verizon Customer Service Representative team members to ensure every customer receives a seamless, helpful, and positive experience
