The Vice President of Investor Relations will play a critical role in shaping and executing Lime's strategy to engage with the investment community and enhance shareholder value. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) this role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors sell-side analysts and other key stakeholders and will serve as the primary point of contact for the investment community providing accurate and timely information about Lime's performance strategy and financial outlook.
What you'll do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with Lime's overall goals and objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with analysts investors and other stakeholders to effectively communicate our Lime's story and value proposition.

Prepare and distribute financial communications including earnings releases investor presentations and regulatory filings ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Organize and participate in investor meetings roadshows and conferences to promote awareness of our company and attract investment interest.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and investor sentiment to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Serve as a spokesperson for the company representing Lime's interests and articulating our vision and strategy to the investment community and media.

Collaborate cross-functionally with finance legal marketing and other teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and communications.

Provide feedback to senior management based on investor perceptions market intelligence and feedback received during interactions with investors and analysts.

Support the IPO process working closely with investment bankers legal counsel and other advisors to ensure a successful and seamless transition to becoming a public company.

Continuously evaluate and improve investor relations practices and processes to enhance transparency credibility and shareholder value.
About you:

Bachelor's degree in finance business or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.

Proven track record of success in investor relations financial communications or related roles preferably within a publicly traded company or investment bank.

Deep understanding of financial markets SEC regulations and corporate governance best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill complex financial and business information into clear and compelling messages.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data assess market dynamics and anticipate investor reactions.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

High degree of integrity professionalism and discretion with a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $xx - $xx. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors which may include the successful candidate's skills experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance employee performance and management discretion.
