VP of Product Marketing

Are you an accomplished B2B SaaS product marketing leader with a track record of company growth and operational excellence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join PropertyRadar, a dynamic and fast-growing company, as the Vice President of Product Marketing.

We’re looking for a hands-on strategy and execution specialist who thrives on the challenges and opportunities of scaling a SaaS company.

At PropertyRadar, we aim to generate more leads for small businesses by accessing opportunities in public records and making it easy to connect with them. We’ve been doing this for real estate investors, Realtors, mortgage brokers, home service companies, and others since 2007.

As the Vice President of Product Marketing at PropertyRadar, you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy, market intelligence, messaging and positioning, sales/buyer enablement, and customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, success, support, and operations, to ensure our products are clearly understood and well received by our target audiences.   • You have a proven track record. As a product marketing leader, you’ve led an SMB B2B SaaS company through the scaling phase.

Things You’ll Do

  • Refine our go-to-market strategy with detailed plans for launching new products and features and collaborate with other marketing functions and departments.
  • Spearhead our understanding of market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop impactful and effective messaging for use across all our marketing touch points, including demand generation, the website, content creation, and the customer lifecycle journey.
  • Create a suite of materials designed to communicate the value and benefits of our products to different audiences based on thoughtfully crafted messaging and positioning.
  • Educate sales, product management, marketing, success & support, and our partner channel on the competition and our unique value proposition.
  • Based on market and customer research findings, provide input and strategy for the product roadmap, packaging, pricing, and positioning.
  • Manage customer communication channels such as email newsletters, webinars, customer lifecycle messaging, online community, and industry events.
  • Understand our products' key personas and use cases and educate our teams on effective engagement strategies and tactics.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with thought leaders, influencers, and key strategic customers and partners to increase market awareness of PropertyRadar.

The starting salary range for this role is, $135,000 - $250,000. Actual salary may vary based on level, work experience, performance, and other factors evaluated during the hiring process.
