Enzo Cecconi, the youngest-ever general manager of hotel Cipriani in Venice, opened Cecconi’s in London’s Mayfair in 1978. The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Waiter/ Waitress to join our team at Cecconi's Bicester (OX26 6WD). Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill.

What we are looking for in a Waiter/Waitress...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar (preferred but not essential)
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Expected working hours for a Waiter/Waitress:

• Varying shift times across the seven days, to include working evenings, weekends, opens & closes 
• Average hours 32-45 hours per week 

Transport: 9 min walk from Bicester Town Centre, local train stations - Bicester North & Bicester Village (direct from Oxford & Banbury)
