We are recruiting a Warehouse Coordinator.

What you'll do:

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily activities at our Durban warehouse, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehousing activities.
• Ensure quality in receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
• Maintain inventory records and storage areas.
• Interface with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with other departments (Sales/Services).
• Conduct regular stock counts for accuracy.
• Manage shipment and inventory transaction records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehousing.

Skills:

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Syspro ERP preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
