- Collaborate with content managers web strategists researchers and UX designers to inform site mapping and content hierarchy for pages and sites.
- Collaborate on content audits gap analyses analytics research and competitive assessments.
- Work with content managers researchers and UX designers to refine content organization and information architecture ensuring alignment with overarching strategic content initiatives and standards.

- Bachelorâs Degree in Information Science Content Strategy User Experience (UX) Design Information Architecture or a similar field.
- Knowledge of modern Content Strategy and Information Architecture strategies including the use of breadcrumbs sitemaps and page-level content hierarchies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working on an agreed upon briefs and delivering solutions that meet project needs timeframes.
- Working knowledge of website technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including information architects content strategists researchers and UX designers to refine content organization and information architecture.
