As a Web Strategist on the Digital Experience team you will play a key role in shaping compelling web experiences that strengthen IBM’s brand and reputation among clients prospects and the global community. By harnessing data research and strategic insights you’ll craft curated journeys that captivate visitors and drive engagement.
In this role you’ll collaborate with global stakeholders across functions to develop an integrated web strategy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with business goals.
We’re looking for a creative and collaborative strategist with a proven track record in web experience design and a passion for data-driven marketing.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to develop web strategies aligned with organizational priorities
- Build and optimize web experiences that drive better outcomes against key business objectives
- Relentlessly implement data-driven experiments to drive performance
- Take initiative to try new strategies and tactics to optimize pages based on data research and experimentation
- Establish baseline performance metrics and track KPIs regularly reporting insights and progress to stakeholders
- 2-4 years of experience in web strategy or digital marketing
- Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager Sites for web page creation and managment
- Experience with Adobe Analytics Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or Google Analytics for tracking web performance
- Experience with Adobe Target for implementing personalization and A/B testing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- 2-3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets Adobe Target Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies and customer journey mapping
