Website Coordinator

As Website Coordinator, you will be involved in the day-to-day website management with the overall goal to improve user experience and engagement. In this role you will be responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining our IG North America websites ensuring that they are up to date and functioning properly.  You will be expected to collaborate with production and development teams to ensure our websites reflect our company’s brand messaging and marketing initiatives. 

What you’ll do: 

• Support the management of tastylive, tastytrade, and IG US websites, handling daily updates as well as long-term projects 
• Ensure that all websites and landing pages are compliant with brand guidelines and regulations 
• Assist with content optimization projects, A/B split testing, and gathering website analytics 
• Conduct regular audits of existing content and identify areas of opportunity that can improve user experience and website accessibility 
• Become an expert on multiple content management systems and other marketing platforms 
• Manage digital assets, ensuring that all assets are SEO-optimized and ADA-compliant 
• Collaborate with local and global marketing team members, copywriters, tech SEO, and designers to create effective website content 
• Communicate effectively on project status, risks, and updates 
• Other duties as assigned 

Who you are: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related role 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a contributing team member 
• Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment  
• Experience with CMS platforms, SEO, and HTML is a plus
