Operations Strategy function within the broader revenue operations team Your role will be as advisor and operator to Sales Executives as we scale and transform GoToMarket GTM teams Reporting directly to the Sr Manager Revenue Strategy Operations the role will encompass all aspects of running a successful GTM organization which includes GTM GoToMarket planning growth strategy quota modeling forecasting and data analytics You will lead and drive companyscale GTM initiatives that will help shape the growth trajectory while acting as an advisor to sales executives and partners Consulting FPampA position Prefer at least 1+ years within strategy or operations at Technology company <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience with GotoMarket GTM strategy at SaaS or PLG company that underwent significant transformation <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience developing forecasting quota and territory models for GTM Organization <p> <li> <li> <p> Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with key sales leaders and other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience with SQL BI and Salesforce
