The Director of Portfolio Analytics will work across 2U product lines to ensure sound marketing investment planning and strategy. This role will influence investment planning across the lifecycle of their programs, including initial goals and budgets, setting goals and reporting for ongoing operation against those budgets, and scenario planning to assess marginal return and ROI of different investment approaches. The Director will work with various functions including marketing business line owners, product, finance, and program management to ensure clarity into their spend plan and results. Responsibilities include partnering with finance, gathering and documenting spend and ESG plans, working with DG leadership to assess spend opportunities and performance risks, and building marginal spend tools and deploying diminishing returns curves into investment decisions. The Director will also influence inputs into proforma targets, analyze cost, volume, and efficiency trends, and support the development of program and portfolio initiatives. They will maintain long-term funnels and marketing's long-term point of view on growth, efficiency, and performance, and partner with finance, sales ops, and DG to audit enrollment forecasts. The Director will also partner with portfolio analysis and tools team to ensure latest long-term plans are distributed through Tableau into the right reports and mitigate risks across product lines.
