The Project Manager will be responsible for overall management administration, setting project specific objectives and policies, managing subordinate managers, enforcing company and project policies, and ensuring all project aspects are constructed according to design, budget, and schedule. The Project Manager will have significant profit/loss responsibility for the assigned project and will coordinate Special Systems interfaces. They will also represent the Owner's interests in relationships with designers and others with design or construction duties. The Project Manager has bottom line capital management responsibility for cost, schedule, quality, and final operational usage of assigned projects. They will also have project leadership and accountability for completing Aviation Special Systems design and final construction and implementation in the Airport terminal buildings. The minimum requirements for this position are a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, RCDD or related technical discipline, and at least ten years of progressively more responsible experience in communications systems, large operations support or control systems design, design management, project management, and construction management.
