investment advisory business BXC manages BXSL a publicly traded BDC and BCRED a continuously offered nontraded BDC <p> <p>The principal responsibilities for supporting the BDCs include <p> <ul><li>Working directly with the thirdparty administrator to coordinate workflow and reviewing all accounting deliverables to ensure accuracy and conformity with applicable accounting standards<li> <li>Assisting with preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables to Blackstone<li> <li>Monitoring compliance with the SEC and IRS regulatory tests applicable to BDCs<li> <li>Preparation and review of 10Q and 10K SEC filings<li> <li>Working closely with the investment team with requests including updating BDC financial model liquidity management PM reporting and various ad hoc requests<li> <li>Providing oversight of the valuation process of the investment portfolio<li> <li>Liaising with the Investment and Operation teams to review and enhance internal and investor reporting<li> <li>Responding to ad hoc request from external investors including return calculations and performance summaries<li> <li>Working with IR to prepare quarterly investor deckearnings release<li> <li>Preparing materials for BDC Board of Directors<li> <li>Assisting with technology initiatives<li> <li>Performing research on new accounting pronouncements and their impact to the financial statements<li> <ul><p><b>Qualifications<b> <p> <ul><li>Undergraduate degree<li> <li>6+ years of professional work experience<li> <li>Public or publicprivate accounting mix preferred<li> <li>BDC Product Experience a plus especially nontraded BDCs<li> <li>SEC reporting experience preferred <li> <li>Alternative investment fund accounting experience required<li> <li>CPA preferred<li> <li>Strong awareness of internal business controls<li> <li>Determined selfmotivated and proactive<li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills<li> <ul><p>The duties and responsibilities
