Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate solventless terpene extraction, short path distillation, and rotary evaporator equipment for primary and secondary refinement of crude cannabis oilAccurately follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s)Operate, troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on solventless terpene extraction, short path distillation, and rotary evaporator equipmentDocument information by creating and maintaining accurate batch recordsNavigate and operate Cannabis Tracking Systems (CTS’s) and execute common commands to accomplish tasksEnsure laboratory safety and ensure that the laboratory remains in compliance with all local, state and federal regulationsActively participate in manufacturing meetingsMaintain a clean and organized workplace in the laboratoryMaintain glassware by picking up, cleaning, washing, sterilizing and organizingAssist management in daily manufacturing processes to assure that all goals and demands are met and exceeded as the lab scales into greater capabilitiesSkill, Experience & Education:College Degree in STEM preferred1-2 years of laboratory and/or related hands-on experienceProficiency with Microsoft based programsSubject to background check per state cannabis regulationsAbility to troubleshoot process or equipment failuresAbility to have detailed records, proper labeling, and data trackingFamiliarity with chemical and laboratory safetyAble to work independently and within team environments to accomplish tasksMotivated and eager to learn/developCuraleaf is an equal opportunity employer.
