Wireless<strong> is seeking a <strong>Marketing Lead<strong> to join the dynamic Customer Communications and Owned Channel Marketing team In this role you will play a pivotal part in elevating customer value and retention by implementing strategic initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle ultimately enhancing the customer journey and user experience As a Marketing Lead on the team you will be at the forefront of developing impactful customer communications aimed at boosting engagement driving sales and fostering retention across the entire customer lifecycle Your primary responsibilities will include managing the creative development of different campaigns especially focused on email and SMS developing creative testing strategies for continuous improvement of customer ><p><ul><li> Develop engaging email and SMS campaigns to support customer loyalty and business objectives <li> <li> Serve as a subject matter expert for formers and win back communications <li> <li> Manage creative development of different campaigns for the team briefing creative teams on needs providing and seeking feedback and shepherding campaigns from inception to deployment <li> <li> Spearheaded development of creative tests seeking continuous improvement to customer engagement <li> <li> Collaborate within the Retail Wireless Marketing team and across multiple teams including Creative Web and Sales to develop campaigns <li> <li> Act with a sense of urgency to ensure that campaigns are developed and executed accurately and on schedule <li> <ul><p> <br ><strong>Skills Experience and Requirements<strong><br ><strong>Education and Experience<strong> <br ><p><ul><li> A minimum of 34 years of experience in marketing and bachelors degree required <li> <li> Prior experience of Customer retentionloyalty preferred <li> <li> Experience designing email and SMS campaigns is a plus <li> <li> Experience project managing creative development and testing preferred <li>
