Job Summary The Vice President of Procurement position at iHerb is a newly created role to enable the companys further growth scale and procurement sophistication The VP of Procurement is responsible for leading procurement efforts to efficiently and effectively enable business units and functional partners to maximize the value they receive from suppliers to meet their objectives You will work with business units to lead centralized sourcing and procurement efforts utilizing SAP Ariba This will include working with the internal stakeholder from initial need identification to final goods or Job Summary The Sr Associate Stock Plan Administrator will be a key member of the iHerb Human Resources team who will be leading and scaling our companys stock administration function as we grow globally In this role you will be responsible for handson endtoend administration of iHerbs global equity plans including but not limited to phantom shares RSUs and potentially ESPP The administrator must be exceptionally organized responsible detailoriented and resourceful Job Expectations <ul><li>Administer the companys equity plans for all employees in the US and globally<li> <li>Manage daily operational tasks crossfunctional reporting and projects<li> <li>Maintain and evaluate the companys equity database and be the main point of contact with the equity management platform<li> <li>Assist with the processing of transactions the preparation and processing of equity awards vesting and release of restricted stock units<li> <li>Prepare and process restricted stock unit grants cancellations and exercises and releases on a timely basis for all employees and other option and equity holders<li> <li>Support employee understanding of equity awards and company programs and policies<li> <li>Provide a superior level of customer service to employees management and others<li> <li>Coordinate Board of Directors grants tax reporting and equity compensation communications<li> <li>Prepare annual equity statements in the US and employer filings and all government mandated reporting in the US and globally<li> <li>Liaise with other departments including Compensation HR Accounting Finance Payroll Tax and Legal to ensure key stakeholders are informed and aligned as appropriate<li> <li>Develop implement and document procedures to administer international Equity Plans focusing on accuracy customer service efficiency controls and best use of available technology while meeting the companys fiduciary responsibility and goals<li> <li>Maintain current knowledge of global rules and regulations governing the Plans for example ERISA IRS SEC local security and tax regulations etc Analyze effect of ongoing regulation changes policy changes and prevailing practices among similar organizations on Equity Plans<li> <li>Manage and run the equity administration of special transactions such as tender offers and secondaries <li> <li>Interpret equity plan documentation and policies to assist in resolving employee issues<li> <li>Maintain supporting documents for internalexternal SOX auditors and respond accurately thoroughly and timely to requests for data<li> <li>Act as the main point of contact for employee questions on equity <li> <li>Support employee understanding of equity awards and company programs and policies and provide live and recorded presentations to new and existing employees<li> <li>Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as requested<li> <ul> Knowledge Skills and Abilities <ul><li>Experience with online equity management platforms<li> <li>Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters related to equity and taxation <li> <li>Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and internalexternal partners<li> <li>Must demonstrate attention to detail analytical abilities and consistent followthrough including project management skills<li> <li>Ability to resolve simple and complex equityrelated issues<li> <li>Ability to work in a fastpace environment and meet critical deadlines<li> <ul> Experience Requirements Generally requires a minimum of 57 years experience in stock administration Education Requirements Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent work experience required Active CPA or CEP license preferred but not required LIME1 <div>
