including services agreements customer contracts collaborations and teaming agreements referral agreements nondisclosure agreements and other commercial contracts<li> <li>Advising the business on contract interpretation terms issues risks and negotiating strategies protecting confidential andor privileged information and protecting company IP and other assets<li> <li>Assisting in improving and maintaining contract workflows document management databases and document retention procedures for contracts and other company records<li> <li>Collaborating with the product sales implementation and support teams to achieve key business objectives<li> <li>Preparing and delivering training sessions and materials to variety of internal client audiences<li> <li>Attending meetings as necessary to
