with Leidos as a Senior Task Order Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration FAAs National Airspace System Integration Support Contract NISC leading the Spectrum Operations Analytics amp Resource Management SOAR portfolio of task orders The successful candidate will possess program management experience with $15M or more annual revenue and federal acquisition experience including managing performance on IDIQ task orders Other requisite credentials include the proven ability build effective relationships with senior level customers and to lead complex programs in a geographically dispersed environment <p> <p><b> Sr Task Order Manager responsibilities <b> <p> <ul><li>Meet all technical financial and contractual and performance conditions to bring about the successful completion of specific Task Order goals and objectives<li> <li>Ensure the accuracy quality configuration management and timely delivery of all needed contract deliverables<li> <li>Ensure engineering work deliverables are complete and compliant resolving performance shortfalls or deficiencies conveying overarching Government objectives and goals for the program<li> <li>Required to interface and act on the Leidos behalf with the FAA customer on a daily basis The SOAR Task Order customers are generally agency senior executives with strategic planning or leadership development requirements<li> <li>Manage and integrate the efforts of subcontractors assuring flowdown and fulfillment of all contractual demands<li> <li>Directly responsible for the management award fee performance and reporting of all SOAR Task Order Managers and Task Orders<li> <li>This role supports full profit and loss PampL responsibilities as well as risk identification and mitigation focus<li> <li>Develop and secure on contract growth as well as identification and early opportunity development of new contract work for the Division<li> <li>Support the continued development and coaching of NISC talent to maintain a strong leadership pipeline<li> <ul><p><b> Basic Qualifications <b> <p> <ul><li>Requires a BABS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience in managing projects involving the planning integrating and implementation of complex systems and equipment or Masters degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects with an average annual revenue of $15M or greater<li> <li>Experience working with Cost Reimbursable TampM and Award Fee type contracts with proven success of executing a strong staffing plan<li> <li>Able to Identify manage and mitigate program cost schedule and technical risk<li> <li>Background related to projectprogram management with strong business acumen of geographically dispersed teams and subcontractors<li> <li>Background that demonstrates the ability to operate and manage effectively with minimal guidance provide effective management and oversight of team members in various locations<li> <li>Possess strong problemsolving organizational and verbalwritten communication skills<li> <li>This position is Washington DC based with the
