This role is 100% outside in a loud, dusty, dirty environment. Qualifications for Large Equipment Operator: Six months operating large equipment experience preferred; loader, backhoe, excavator, skidsteer, dozer, hilo Preventative maintenance knowledge; vehicle repair experience such as brakes, engines, rotors, transmissions is a highly useful skill, but not required Good interpersonal and customer service skills Good understanding of basic mechanical principles Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment Ability to work independently Accuracy in operation and attention to detail Be a part of the green movement and join PADNOS today! The other time will be spent helping the ground crew to shovel, sort, and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
