matters Responsibilities About The Role The Solution Architect SA III provides technical leadership for agile teams and defines and communicates a shared technical vision for the solution under development The SA is able to architect end to end solutions by understanding and translating customer needs into technical solutions The SA will play a key role in the design of the Azure architecture for mobile and web applications <ul><li>The SA III established direction and provides guidance to team members<li> <li>The SA III is expected to demonstrate mastery of the following activities<li> <li>Define the technical and architectural vision for the solution under development by technical tradeoffs and analysis of alternatives<li> <li>Continuously evolve solution architecture with input and feedback from application architects and software engineers<li> <li>Outline the primary components and interfaces of the solution and their interactions<li> <li>Plan and develop the architecture runway enablers through research prototyping and other activities needed to explore prospective solutions and evaluate alternatives<li> <li>Works with Product Manager Product Owner Application Architect and Software engineering teams to elaborate product requirements into technical requirements which are used to develop stories that can be estimated accurately<li> <li>Participates in Scrum of Scrums to understand and remove architectural impedimentsblockers<li> <li>Participates in Solution Demo and program planning and identifies opportunities for improvement<li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned<li> <li>Conform with all company policies and procedures<li> <ul>Qualifications What Makes You A Dream Candidate <ul><li>Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum Lean XP and crossfunctional teams<li> <li>Advanced knowledge of multitier application architecture design application development full SDLC and application integration<li> <li>Advanced knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture concepts SOAP Web API REST API and microservices<li> <li>Advanced knowledge implementing solution architecture including one or more of the following domains technology architecture information architecture data architecture application architecture security architecture and integration architecture<li> <li>Ability to overcome steep learning curve within a short period of time on any subject and speak intelligently about the subject<li> <li>Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal direction and maximum accountability<li> <li>Ability to selfmanage time and priorities in a complex multiteam agile environment while maintaining highquality deliverables<li> <li>Works through others to achieve more than individual contribution<li> <li>Strong communication skills proficient in communicating technical solutions to technical and nontechnical audiences of varying skillset and levels of the organization<li> <li>Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products preferred<li> <li>Experience with mobile application development preferred<li> <li>Experience in building cloud solutions architecture using Public Clouds IaaS and PaaS preferred<li> <li>Experience in containerization Docker Docker Swarm or Kubernetes preferred<li> <ul>Experience <ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required<li> <li>Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience preferred<li> <li>68 years experience as an Architect with a proven track record of implementing innovative for transparency in all aspects of our business including pay equity This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like
