• 特定营销子职能中的本地品牌经理或全球/区域/本地子职能专家。

• 与当地管理层和全球营销部门一致制定产品战略, 实施支持战术计划/项目。

About the Role

具体工作内容:

• 结合区域情况, 对接HA中央项目在区域内的执行;
• 根据区域业务目标, 协助区域负责人整合跨部门资源, 制定并实施区域内医院准入项目和品牌学术活动, 全程管理并确保其有效执行;
• 通过有效的跨部门沟通, 推进BU-HA相关医院合作项目的开展, 确保BU、HA业务计划高效协同进行, 促进业务增长;
• 建立区域关键客户的管理系统, 支持诺华与医院管理者长期合作伙伴关系建立;
• 收集并定期分析、分享区域内医院准入相关政策和行业信息, 为区域HA管理层决策及行动提供支持;
• 组织实施部门人员相关技能、专业能力的培训, 支持团队激发、求知、赋能以及合规文化的塑造;
• 熟悉诺华P3互动原则及相关制度, 确保项目合规开展, 践行诺华倡导的价值观和行为。

专业及综合能力要求:

• 熟悉了解医药卫生领域政策变化, 具备良好的关键客户管理能力;
• 具备良好的项目策略制定、计划和组织实施的能力;
• 良好的人际沟通能力、区域管理能力和跨部门协作能力;

• 积极主动, 有责任心, 勇于接受挑战和承担压力;

相关岗位任职要求:

• 2年以上外资制药企业KA工作经验;
• 有外资药企销售经理或区域市场/项目经理工作经历者优先;

学历背景:

• 医学或药学相关专业本科以上教育背景
