Northwest Ohio in a quaint community is seeking a provider for outpatient care in a new state-of-the-art building completed in 2019. You will join an experienced staff with one physician, two experienced CNP's with onsite imaging, LAB draw station, specialty clinics, care navigation, referral coordinator and pharmacy. You will work with Cerner EMR in a growing practice.
