Northwest Ohio community in a pleasant rural setting is looking for a provider for outpatient services. You will join an experienced staff with two physicians and two experienced CNP's. There is onsite imaging, mammography, LAB draw station, specialty clinics, dietician, care navigation, Coumadin clinic and referral coordinator. You will use Cerner EMR in a growing practice. Flexible scheduling options.Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.  WRVU production incentives.  Loan Forgiveness available.  Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 .  Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000.  CME time and money available.  Central location on I-75, 45 minutes south of Toledo and I-80..  $125,000 student loan repyament.  Enjoy 200 hours of PTO and a generous retirement package and robust and complete benefits package.  Community: Global headquarters of Marathon Petroleum, Cooper Tire, and Whirlpool.
