School Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) | Full Time | Issaquah, WA | 2025–2026 School Year
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated and compassionateRegistered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)to serve as aSchool Nursefor the 2025–2026 school year inIssaquah, Washington. This is a full-time, in-person1:1 positionserving a student with health needs. Job Highlights:
• Location: Issaquah, WA
• Position: School Nurse (RN or LPN) : 1-1 support
• Schedule: Approx. 6.5 hours per day
• Setting: School Setting
• Start Date: ASAP for the 25-26 school year
• In-person only
Qualifications:
• ValidWashington State RN license(DOH)
• G-tube and trach experience
• Seizure monitoring experience
• Pediatric experience
• Fingerprinting and background check required prior to start
• Previous experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or public health preferred
