Clinical Nursing Manager - RN License

Duties: - Manage the daily operations of a residential facility, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents - Coordinate and oversee the delivery of care services, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and medication management - Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident, in collaboration with healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medical histories and care plans - Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to established protocols and provide high-quality care - Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for residents, promoting their independence and dignity - Respond to emergencies or incidents, following established procedures and ensuring appropriate interventions are implemented - Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure the holistic well-being of residents - Experience in long term care- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with physical transfers as needed- Familiarity with memory care principles and practices is desirable- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff members- Knowledge of social work principles and resources for older adults is beneficial- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional care to residents.
