JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

Seeking individuals with Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Capability Instrumentation System knowledge and experience and or Common Training Instrumentation Architecture (CTIA 4) Experience. Preferable from the design development and operations standpoint.

This job posting is for the potential to fill several critical roles across multiple disciplines. Candidates will be interviewed for specific position based on qualifications.

Essential Functions/Experience in the following:

• Design and implementation of advanced IP networks solutions with focus on live training systems
• Design and implementation of long-haul wired and wireless solutions over DoD and commercial networks
• Design, configuration, and troubleshooting of network security systems and associated protocols.
• Build and lead a team of Network Specialists and Engineers to meet program goals and improve processes and practices.
• In depth troubleshooting and configuration of OSPF, VLANs, STP, VRF, QoS, MPLS, and Multicasting
• In depth experience in DMVPN, IPSEC, and mesh-networking technologies and design
• In depth experience in analysis, design, and implementation of Cisco FirePower next generation firewalls
• In depth experience in analysis, design, and implementation of remote access solutions over DoD and commercial networks
• Experience with DHCP, DNS, and RADIUS services
• Advise the customer on network security regulations and policies.
• Interface directly with the customer's cyber team and other system's stakeholders
• Identify, isolate, and resolve complex network problems to mitigate impacts to critical operations.
• Provide remote or on-site customer technical support.
• Develop engineering design packages and network diagrams conforming to DoD standards.
• Familiarity with DoD NIST 800-53 and Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements and controls
• Experience with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and vulnerability compliance
• Experience and knowledge of network virtualization under VMware environments
• Scripting experience such as PowerShell, TCL and or Python desirable
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux

Required Education and Experience

• Knowledge of PEO-STRI Training Simulation Projects (JPMRC-IS and/or CTIA 4)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related applicable field
• CompTIA Security +
• Ability to work independently

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Current/Active SECRET Security Clearance-required

Must be a US Citizen

Travel required.
