Duties
Performs routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical bowling equipment, components and assemblies.
Adjusts equipment in accordance with guidance provided by and identifies potential malfunctions to the Bowling Equipment Repairer.
Cleans and maintains the bowling facility by replacing light bulbs; making minor repairs to vacuum cleaners, buffers, etc.
Scrubbing, washing and polishing floors, walls and other surfaces; and by assisting in stocking, inventory, and related duties in the bowling facility.
Recognize and report malfunctions. Performs routine duties without directions. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills and Knowledge: Skilled in the use of electrical test equipment and tools. Working knowledge of manufacturer's diagrams, specifications and schematics.
Physical Effort: Lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 pounds. Moves large items weighing up to 100 pounds. Works in awkward positions.
Working Conditions: Work is indoors. Work area is usually noisy. May be required to wear protective clothing.
An employer referred pre-employment physical examination is required.
Satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
This position requires shift work to provide coverage on mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations.

2. Possess work experience or training in the use of electrical test equipment and wiring diagrams.
3. Be physically able to work for extended periods of time in cramped and awkward positions.

PCS Costs
Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
Allowances and Differentials
This job falls under the Federal Wage Schedule (FWS) pay system. FWS employees earn overtime pay for working more than 8 hours in a day or more than 40 hours in a week -- whichever gives the employee more benefit. Regular full-time, regular part-time, and regularly scheduled flexible employees may receive Sunday premium pay for working on Sundays. Employees may also be eligible to receive extra pay if the majority of their scheduled hours falls after 3:00 PM.
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
