Locums Remote Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth

*** Must currently have 40+ active state NP or PA licenses with the ability to obtain additional licenses. ***Seeking a Remote Prescribing Nurse Practitioner to play a pivotal role in delivering accessible and convenient care for our members. This position involves partnering with physicians to support remote monitoring of Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), as well as ensuring timely response to urgent clinical information such as critical lab values. Nurse Practitioners will work one-hour to two-hour shifts daily reviewing urgent escalations of remote monitoring and lab data flows. Responsibilities include monitoring and reaching out to patients, managing medication management, and providing outpatient treatment via Telehealth as needed.Compensation:  $60.00 - $70.00 Per Hour Requirements: Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited college or university required. Two (2) years of experience practicing outside of post-training required. Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state where services are provided. Current DEA Number or ability to obtain upon employment required. Ability to deliver care via telehealth. Proficiency with EMR (electronic medical record) systems.
