Telehealth Locums Family Medicine Physician

Seeking a remote prescribing Family Medicine Physician to play a pivotal role in delivering accessible and convenient care for our members. This position supports remote monitoring of Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), as well as ensuring timely response to urgent clinical information such as critical lab values. Physicians will work one to two-hour shifts daily reviewing urgent escalations of remote monitoring and lab data flows. Responsibilities include monitoring and reaching out to patients, managing medication management, and providing outpatient treatment via Telehealth as needed. Compensation: $100 - $115 per hour. Requirements:BE/BC Family Medicine Physician from a US approved training program.Licensed in TX, CA, FL, NC, NY, OH, MO, CO, SC, KY, WI, GA (Two or more of these states preferred)Credentialed with Highmark highly preferredCurrent DEA ability to obtainAbility to deliver care via telehealth.Proficiency with EMR (electronic medical record) systems.
