and their North Florida Division is seeking an experienced Hematopathologist to be based at HCA
Florida North Florida Hospital located in Gainesville, FL. Â This is a high level hematopathology
opening that will help to support a newly established Blood Cancer Program.HCA Healthcare Pathology
Services employs over 200 board certified multispecialty pathologists nationwide and provides
professional services to over 100 HCA Healthcare owned hospitals as well as commercial clients. Our
physician partners are a key component to our success and we work closely with them to achieve the
most favorable patient outcomes.Qualified Candidates:
Leadership/directorship experience
requiredAP/CP and hematopathology board certification requiredComfortable with the full scope of AP
and CP for a community hospital practiceAbility to sign out hematopathology and flow cytometry
casesExperience with setting up a flow cytometry lab preferredExcellent interpersonal and
communication skillsActive Florida Medical License or eligible to obtain
