Title:  410: Client Relationship Marketing Senior Analyst, Japan (Marketing Senior Analyst)

In this role you will work with a team of marketing professionals to create intentional client experiences by strategically providing clients with relevant content and experiences, at a volume they can consume, and at a time and place that meets their needs. We will use leading technologies, we will lead with data and insights, and deliver best in class returns on investment.

Typical Activities

  • Partner with client relationship marketing colleagues, other M+C team members and leadership to plan and execute to various marketing initiatives in order to develop better relationship with clients in Japan; making Accenture loved by clients.   
  • Working with client relationship marketing colleagues and the business, localizing our content and campaigns for our local clients
  • Developing case studies by partnering with account teams and the global Case Study team; and often agencies. The format could be written or video, and the channels could be online or offline.
  • Supporting client relationship marketing activities, including earnings calls, client events, Accenture-owned events, industry events.
  • Researching the industry and our clients using tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Measuring our marketing against agreed-upon success measures and use feedback loops for continuous improvement

 Qualifications

  • 2+ years hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B organization. Account based marketing or pursuit / deal-based marketing experience highly desirable
  • Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development and measurement and reporting. Demonstrable experience in using different channels, including social media, email and direct mail.
  • Brilliant project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels both in Japanese and English  
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organisation
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns
  • Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in Communications & Media Industry will see you stand out from other applicants

Technical skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform desirable, e.g., managing client interactions, reporting, campaign set up, client contact management
  • Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform) desirable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
